Lürzer’s Archive claims to be the most stolen magazine on the planet.
So Ben Gough of Leo Burnett London came up with an idea that would protect a subscriber’s precious organ.
With every subscription you get a set of theft-proof slip-covers that enable you to disguise your magazines in a way that makes them most undesirable.
The best part of the story is that Ben asked us to realise them for him.
So Mark put on his Art Director’s hat and enrolled resident photographer ‘fantastic’ Fern Berresford and ace typographer/designer Kate Henderson to help him with the task.
Hands up, who would want to half-inch ‘Bucket Collector’, ‘Doily News’, ‘Account Man Monthly’, ‘De-worming World’, ‘Spreadsheet Enthusiast’, or ‘Cock Handler’?…we thought not.
